Ildefonso was created by Victor Schmidt in 1880 and has been part of the Manner family since the turn of the millennium. Unlike the other brands in our range, we currently carry a single Ildefonso item – but it's a real classic.

Ildefonso nougat confectionery
Several layers of delicately melting dark and light nougat, wrapped in fine chocolate – the recipe has remained unchanged since the 1920s. The bite-sized cubes come in the classic salmon-coloured Ildefonso wrapper and are available with us as a small gift or a sweet extra.
