Manner – the pink wafer from Vienna
The Vienna chocolate factory Josef Manner was founded in 1890. Its best-known product, the Original Neapolitaner wafer, has remained almost unchanged since 1898: five paper-thin wafer layers with four layers of hazelnut cream, wrapped in the characteristic pink foil with its red tear-thread.
